Lynn has been a Customer Service Representative at Kindness Animal Hospital since September 2010. With a background in county and state government—working in Medical Assistance and Child Support—she brings professionalism and warmth to her client interactions. After retiring, Lynn sought a part-time job that brought her joy, and she found it at Kindness, where her love for animals and people shines.

Lynn’s days are filled with answering calls, scheduling appointments, and making clients feel welcome with her friendly personality. She’s inspired daily by the dedication of the doctors and the care they provide to animals.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys spending time with her many pets, reading, and reminiscing about her past skills in pool and ping pong. She believes anyone interested in working at Kindness should be a little goofy and ready to have fun while providing excellent care.
