Payment is due the day services are performed. We do not make payment arrangements, however accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Care Credit and Scratch Pay. Checks are not accepted.

Our Deposits Policy

New clients are required to pay a $50 deposit to book their first appointment.

A $100 deposit is required to book any surgical procedure.

Orthopedic/specialty surgeries may require a different deposit amount and that is at the discretion of the treating DVM and will be shared with you at the time of consult. Deposits act as a credit on your account and are put towards your final bill upon checkout of the appointment and/or surgery, unless you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or no show the appointment, at which point the deposit is forfeited.
