Bella joined Kindness Animal Hospital in May 2023 as a Veterinary Assistant after learning about the opportunity from her sister-in-law. She brought prior experience as an animal care technician and kennel attendant, which she applies daily while assisting with surgeries, dentistry, and appointments. Bella’s responsibilities include taking patient vitals, helping with nail trims and ear cleanings, and supporting the veterinary team wherever needed. She has a keen interest in surgeries and lab work, particularly in understanding lab results. Bella finds her role most rewarding when she helps ease both a pet's and an owner’s distress, from joyful puppy visits to providing comfort during end-of-life care.

Outside of work, Bella enjoys reading, drawing, video games, camping, and spending time at the lake. She has two cats: Thumpurr, a kitten adopted from Kindness, and Yogi, a four-year-old who bonded closely with her. A few fun facts: she’s gone ziplining in Honduras and loves to sing. Her favorite foods are fajita bowls and fried buffalo cauliflower, while oatmeal ranks lowest. Bella describes Kindness Animal Hospital as a warm, welcoming environment where curiosity is encouraged and questions are always welcome.
