Bailey is a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Kindness Animal Hospital, where she has worked since June 2020 after completing her internship and graduating from Ridgewater Community College. Her daily tasks range from assisting with surgery and dentistry in the mornings to handling radiographs, lab work, client communication, and treatments in the afternoon. Bailey has special interests in feline urinary health, radiology, dentistry, and laser therapy. Inspired from a young age to care for animals, she finds deep meaning in forming lasting connections with both pets and their owners.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys camping, reading, traveling, watching football, and relaxing with good food. She shares her life with Reese, a high-energy chocolate lab, and Monty, her college-era cat who now requires special care. Fun facts: she’s a Disney trivia pro, a proud Swiftie, and once saw Wicked on London’s Broadway. Bailey lives by the quote, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” She describes Kindness as the best work family she’s ever had—fun, supportive, and full of heart.
